Regain control when an ad account is disabled with no spend

If the ad account is disabled and nothing was spending, you still need access to the portfolio and the notice. Confirm you are an admin, save the ad account ID, check whether your profile is also restricted from advertising, then request the review on the right asset. A quiet account can still be linked to payment, people or past ads.

  4. Request one review that says the account was not spending and what you checked.
