People access check
- Open Business settings, then People.
- Confirm at least two people have full control on the portfolio.
- Confirm each uses their own login, not a shared password.
- Remove former staff and unused partner access.
What the second admin needs
- Their own two-factor method and recovery codes.
- Access to the ad accounts and Pages that will spend.
- A written note of ad account IDs and where billing lives.
What this does not do
A second admin does not stop Meta from restricting an asset. It keeps someone inside the portfolio so you can read notices and request reviews.
