- Admin
- A person with full control of an asset.
- Business portfolio
- The container for ad accounts, Pages, pixels and people.
- Asset
- Anything inside a portfolio, such as a Page, ad account or dataset.
- Partner access
- A way to give another business access to an asset without making them owner.
- Backup admin
- A second trusted admin who can step in if the first loses access.
- Account Integrity
- Meta’s wording for enforcement on accounts that look unsafe or break rules.
- Dataset
- The place events from a pixel are stored. Often still called a pixel.
- Two-factor authentication
- A second step at login that protects a profile.
- Recovery
- The process of regaining access to a profile or asset.
- Disabled profile
- A personal profile Meta has switched off.
- Business Support Home
- The page where Meta lists problems with business assets.
- Ownership
- The business that owns an asset inside Meta’s tools.
