Lost access or removed as admin
You cannot open the ad account or portfolio any more.
Lost access, hacked, or tied to a banned profile? Clear steps to get back in.
To restore a Meta ad account, first work out what you lost: admin access, the profile, the business portfolio or the account itself. Secure your login, open Business Support Home and use the recovery or review option for that asset. Meta makes the final decision. Send us the notice if you want a second pair of eyes.
