Admin removed from an ad account: how to get access back

If you were removed as an admin, ask an existing admin of the business portfolio to add you again with full control. If nobody is available or the owner will not, use Meta’s business support options and be ready to prove your role.

Try these first

Contact another admin of the portfolio.
Ask them to add you under People.
Check your email for access invitations.
Confirm you are logged into the right profile.

If nobody can add you

Open Business Support Home, then the support options. Prepare proof you run the business: documents and past invoices.

Prevent it later

Keep a second trusted admin on every portfolio.
