Add a backup admin to your business portfolio

Add one more trusted person as a full admin so a lockout or ban does not cut you off. Use a real person with their own profile and two-factor authentication. Keep the list short and review it every few months.

Open Business Settings, then People.
Add the person by email.
Give full control.
Ask them to enable two-factor.

Choose well

Pick someone stable who will not leave the business soon.
