Where the ID usually is
- Payment receipt emails from Meta, which list the account ID.
- Invoices or receipts saved by your finance team.
- Exported campaign reports or spreadsheets.
- Saved Ads Manager links, which contain the ID after act= in the address.
- An agency or freelancer you worked with, if they ran the account.
What to do with it
- Write the ID down with the business name and the name of the last admin.
- Use it in Meta's support forms and in any review request.
- Share it only inside Meta's tools or with people you trust.
Keep it private
Do not post the ID in public comments when asking for help. Scammers use public posts to find advertisers in trouble.
