Duplicate business portfolios: which one to use

If you have two portfolios, choose one to keep, move assets into it where Meta allows and remove unused ones. Do not create more. Consistent business details across portfolios help avoid verification problems.

Why duplicates appear

Different profiles or agencies created one each.

Clean up

List assets in each.
Choose the main portfolio.
Move assets that can move.
Close the unused one.

Careful

Do not delete a portfolio that still holds an ad account with a balance.
