Regain a business portfolio with your company documents

If nobody in your company has admin access to the business portfolio, Meta has a request form for full control where you prove you own the business, for example with official company documents, a verified domain or a matching business email. It works best when the portfolio details match your registration.

Steps

Collect a company register extract, EIN letter or trade licence.
Make sure you have an email on the company domain.
Use Meta's request for full control of a business portfolio.
Explain who held admin access and why it was lost.
Keep the reference number.

What helps

The same name on the portfolio and the documents.

Do not create a new portfolio with the same name while the request is open.
