If every admin has left, lost their profile or been removed, Meta needs proof that you are the business behind the account. Ask former admins first, then contact Meta support with invoices, payment records and business documents.

Do this now

Contact former admins and staff who may still have access.
Find invoices and receipts for the ad account.
Gather business registration and domain records.
Contact Meta support from Business Help Center with the ad account ID.
Once back in, add a backup admin.
