Remove unknown apps and access from your Meta business

Third-party apps connected to a business portfolio can hold access after you stop using them. Remove any you do not recognise as part of securing the account.

Check

Connected apps in the portfolio settings.
System users and their permissions.
Partners you no longer work with.

Remove

Open the integration settings.
Remove anything unfamiliar.
Review the remaining ones.

Keep a list

Name each tool, why it is there and who set it up.
