If any other admin still has access, ask them to remove the intruder right now. If nobody does, report it through Meta's hacked help and contact Meta support with the portfolio ID and proof you own the business.

Call or message every other admin and ask them to check People in Business settings.
Secure your own profile with a new password and two-factor.
Find Meta's emails about admin changes.
Report through facebook.com/hacked.
Contact Meta support with the portfolio ID, invoices and business documents.

What to write

"I was removed from business portfolio [ID] on [date] by someone I do not know. Attached: invoices and business registration for [legal name]."
