A stranger was added as admin to your business portfolio

Remove the unknown admin straight away if you still have full control, then secure your own Facebook login and check every connected ad account, Page and payment method. If they removed you, use Meta's hacked business route from facebook.com/hacked and the business support home.

Business settings, People: remove the unknown person.
Check Partners and remove unknown ones.
Change your Facebook password and turn on two-factor with an app.
Review ad accounts for new ads and charges.
Remove unknown apps and system users.

If you were removed

Recover your own profile first.
Use the business support home to report the takeover.
Call your bank about card charges.
