Return ad account access when an agency contract ends

At the end of a contract, access should return to the client in an orderly way. The client should own the portfolio and the agency should be removed from it.

Steps

Confirm the client owns the portfolio.
Add the client's admins as full control.
Move payment methods to the client.
Remove agency people and partners.

Give the client reports and a list of assets.

Avoid

Holding access as leverage. It harms the client and the account.
