A second profile is banned after a first ban

If a new profile is disabled soon after the first, Meta may see it as a way around the earlier ban. Stop making new profiles, and use the appeal for the original instead.

Same device or network as the banned profile.

Same photos or friends.

Do

Stop creating profiles.
Appeal the first ban with the option shown.
Protect the ad account through a legitimate admin.
