Meta can link devices, networks and details. A new profile created to avoid a ban can be disabled and can count against you.
What is acceptable
A real person with a real profile that follows the rules. That is different from a replacement made to dodge a decision.
Better plan
Appeal the original. Add a backup admin from a real team member.
