Check who owns your ad account

Open the ad account in your business portfolio settings and look at which portfolio owns it and who the admins are. If an agency or a former colleague owns it, ask for ownership to be moved or for you to be added as full admin.

How to check

Open Business Settings.
Select Ad accounts.
Look at the owner portfolio.
Open People and see who has full control.

If you are not the owner

Ask the owner to add you as full admin or to share the asset.

Owners can remove access. Clean ownership keeps you safe.
