An ad account vanished from your list after a role change

If an ad account no longer shows for you, your role may have been reduced or removed. Check who changed it, which business portfolio you are looking at and whether a person with full control can restore your access.

Check

The business portfolio name at the top.
Your role under People.
Whether the account was moved to another portfolio.

Ask

Message the person with full control.
Give them the ad account ID.
Ask which permission you need.

If nobody responds

Follow the full control request on Meta's site if you own the business.
