Instagram account restricted and you cannot boost

A restricted Instagram account may lose the boost button even when the ad account is fine. Check the account status in the app and the ad account notice separately.

Resolve the Instagram notice first.
Wait for the status to refresh.
Try an ad from Ads Manager.

Request a review on the part that is restricted.
