My ad account was disabled after a failed payment. How do I restore it?

Treat it as two jobs: settle the money, then ask for the review. Pay the outstanding balance in Billing and payments if Meta offers it, ask your bank why the charge failed so it does not happen again, then request a review in Account Quality.

YOUR QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

Can I add a different card?

Only if Meta offers it. Adding many cards quickly can look risky.

Does paying reopen the account?

Payment and the review are separate steps.

Who makes the final decision?

Meta does. No outside service can decide for Meta.
